15th August:Ethnic day in office

Last working day before 15th August our independence day, we people in office decided to celebrate this historic day in our way and declare its ethnic day for us. People have to come to office with Indian traditional attire, such a color full day we had in office. People were dressed with their own traditional way and looked so good in the office to see people in such avatar. We had one competition among all the team in the office. All the team has got one state to represent and give a presentation or speech about the state contribution in our freedom movement and that competition made the day more lively and fun in the office. All the team took part in this competition with full enthusiasm and passion and why not its about our national freedom struggle. And during all these we remember all our brave heart freedom fighter who has given their life for nation's freedom, for our generation , for coming many generation . And because of those courageous great freedom fighters sacrifices we have such a lovely country. Sath sath naman to them for what they did for us.

Coming back to our office environment full office has been decorated with try color our national flag color orange symbol of courage , white symbol of peace and green symbol of our prosperity. In the floor there were lot of balloon , rangolies, flowers and even some people were in try color attire as well. We were feeling our nation freedom and all around patriotic sense. People were singing patriotic songs and chanting hail Ghadhi jee, Nehru jee and VANDE MATARAM, INQULAB JINDABAD!!!!!!!

We should appreciate what we have today, we have free country, it means lot to people of the country and its has come after lot struggle and sacrifices. We should not forget that what they have done for us and it’s our time to do something for the country for our coming generation. As there is saying "no country is perfect, need to make it perfect", Every country has problem, we do have hell lot of problem but who will sort out all these problem, we, we people of India and we should take part of our country progress whatever way one can do and we will do. Its not just a holiday and chill out it’s a day of courage and sacrifice and we should learn from our great history and advance in the future with courage, integrity, honesty and lot of hard work.

Women’s Power in Indian Politics

India is democratic country and this country follow the rules of democracy, by the people, for the people,of the people. Democracy gives opportunity to the people of the country to take part in election of the government and voting for the government is the fundamental right of the citizen of the country. Last month we had elections in our five states Tamil Nadu, west Bengal, Assam and Kerala and Pondicherry and this election got very new kind of results like two women leader emergence for the top post, Mamta Banerjee in Bengal and J Jaylalitha in Tamil Nadu. After this result India got two more women chief minister after Shila Dikshit in Delhi and Mayavati in Uttar Pradesh. Now in our 28 state four states has woman chief minister this shows how Indian women are involved in our politics and day by day number of woman leader are increasing in the politics.

First we will look into the Bengal politics, Bengal is known for the one the prosperous state of our country and it has given lot of intellectuals to our country but now this state is in very bad phase, development one of slowest in the country and in spite of single party ruling this country for more than three decade and people were very frustrate with the government and all they wanted was a change and they got new hope with new generation leader as Mama Banerjee. She has rekindle the ray of new hope for the people of Bengal, She got emphatic majority in the land of one party ruling.Mamta is the first woman chief minister in the west Bengal. It was big change in the Bengal Politics and great hope on Magmata Banerjee to get back lost prosperity in the Bengal and Bengali people. She got the power and needs to deliver as she promised to the people of Bengal. Is it good sign of Indian politics or its mere a hype only time will tell?

Now in Tamil Nadu it was not first time for Jaylalitha to became chief minister she was chief minister earlier. TN politics is different from Bengal. In TN it’s the politics of money power who can spend more will win and who ever promised to give free bee to people like free rice free TV, gold for girl and laptop for the student and even five to six thousand for one vote. Buying vote is not new but the magnitude is very high. All these are people’s money. She also got big majority and ruling party come down to third largest party in the state. This is also a big change in the state politics. She emerge as queen of Chennai. Ruling party has given her very good chance to win by involving the various scams and she has capitalized in a big manner and got thumping victory. She is the one the strong lady in our Indian poltics.This is 3rd time she became chief minister of TN and people of Tamil Nadu has lot of hope from Jayalaltha. First expectation would be to curb the corruption in the state and then to implement all the promises she had during election campaign.

Now we have woman president woman head of ruling party of the country and many woman chief minister and even opposition party also has woman in the top post of the party. If so many women are coming into the top post without women reservation why need women reservation bill for the MP and MLA but this is again debatable and debate will keep going.

Indian premier league 2011 from 8th April to 28th May

India is world champion in cricket, after 28 year India won the world cup .This world cup has given so much of cricket for Indian that it was evident that IPL 2011 is going to be overdoes of cricket for Indian audience but no its not its hit again, initially it was bit slow but now people interest got into IPL. IPL 2011 got two new team Pune and Kocchi. Now its ten team tournament, more players more competition more matches and more fun. Its realy tough to win and its getting more and more prestigious. Its awesome.

IPL is not a just cricket tournament its an iconic event for Indian sport which takes place every year during summer season. IPL is a brand for Indian sport which has global recognition, worlds all the top cricket players take part in IPL. And it’s a great platform for Indian young aspiring cricketers as well. New star gets born some star goes to doom. Its very unique and exciting event. Inspired from English premier league football event one of the most popular football event. No comparison with EPL but IPL is our best club event in the country and people of India love it most. Around the world cricket lover follow this event very enthusiastically and its provides a wholesome entertainment. This amalgamation of cricket and entertainment people says its cricketainment. In the IPL lot of Businessman and top celebrities our country are involved and they are owner of the team that gives you full media attention towards this event.


Timing of this IPL is also very good during April and May that’s the summer vacation in India and people and enjoyed the summer vacation with IPL. Every evening we will have match either at 4:00 PM or 8:00 PM that’s is the prime time of television viewers. Due to this IPL all the television show TRP gets hit. Everywhere cricket , no new big show starts during this time. All the big Bollywood movies also wait to finish the IPL season. No bigger entertainer then IPL in India. There was very funny and nice add of IPL came like during IPL there will be Bharat bandh(all India strike) ,how correctly said.

IPL is a cricket event truly but it has established lot of business house into a new venture, they have extended their business to sport. IPL has given all the business man and big shot a chance to invest in new thing which was purely new in India and whoever had invested all got very good dividend it is great hit and means profit all around. Very few franchisee lost money but again its long term investment each franchise got ten years of team ownership of their teams. This IPL has multiplied Board of control for cricket in India(BCCI) revenue may times. Now BCCI is richest cricket board in the world and BCCI influence in the cricket world also has increased. Other cricket board in world always try to fight with BCCI over their influence in the International cricket council but all in vain. England and Australian cricket board have ruled cricketing world many years now its India’s turn.



This is the T20 generation and people also likes this formats due to fast and quick results and lot of sixes and fours and wickets. This T20 has helped cricket to popularize in the world. This is not an Olympic sport but after T20 invention international Olympic association thinking to add cricket into Olympic sport that’s great news for cricket lovers. wow India won the world cup 2011 what a win what a cricket match. it was finale and this day belongs to India and all the Indian. we celebrates this win with lot of joy happiness ,Team India has given billion people to cheer and celebrate.Must say it was one the greatest day for Indian cricket and people of India, people forget everything and they join hands to cheer the one team, team India.Indian all around the world felt very proud and happy for the this imaging world cup win.It was great moment all around India, people were congratulating each other with happiness, great brotherhood among Indian. Such euphoric scene are very rare. All kind of festival you think off has been celebrated that day and why not we are world champion!!!!!

Sachin the God of Cricket finally got to win the world cup after six instinct in world cup , his performance were always good in world cup but that was never enough to win the world ,its a team game and full team has deliver in order to win the cup and this time everything happens as per expected .In this team not one or two all are champion with great cricketing skill and most importantly this team got a great captain, captain cool Mahendra Singh Dhoni.This team had great desire to win the cup for Sachin and for all of Indian and if you have such a desire and determination you can achieve whatever you want in your life. Billions people prayer and teams great efforts won this cup for India.

This world cup event will always remember by Indian , we hosted this prestigious event with Sri Lanka and Bangladesh and we favorite for this tournament win the tournament very convincingly, India deserved to win this world champ title. We got chance to see some great cricket matches some upset ,big teams got good challenge from non test playing team and some them have performed exceedingly well, they surprise few big team. It great to see cricket is getting popularity among some other pert of world like Europe ,Canada and Africa.In all it was a great event .

coming to team Indian, we got chance to see how many cricketing champ we have apart from Sachin.No need to talk about Saching he is as always champion,He is the GOD of cricket so lets not talk about him he is above all.Man of the tournament Yuvraj singh what a player, he became totaly all rounder. He has rediscover himself what a form he had in batting bowling fielding everywhere he was there.He got good amount of runs and he was the second highest wicket taker from India, he is now best left arm spinner in our country. And rightly he got the man of the tournament title at the end the tournament.Zahir khan he was the spearhead of Indian bawling attack. He finish the tournament with joint highest wicket taker with Sahid afridi for this tournament. He got the most 21 wicket. He played very crucial part in this tournament.Viru and Guatham Gamhir also played their part very well. In Finale Gambhir played one the most important inning of his life ,very valuable 97 unfortunate couldn't' complete his hundred but not less then hundred for the team. Virat Kohli one the youg gun of the team,electrifying fielder gave valuable contribution to the team. Captain cools bat was silent trough out the tournament but scored when matters most in the final. Dhoni finish the game with very classic manner by hitting the six for wining run. what a finish he did marvelous. Suresh Rain also gave his all whatever chance he got . Harbhajan singh bowled maximum in the world cup and got some important wicket too.He was not the that effective but he played his part well. And other team member gave their best whatever chance they got in the world cup.

This wins show what sport can do to country. It spread love and friendship among the people. Best way to unite the country. It brought unity among the Indians.That is great to see people very much together to support their one and only team India to do best. All people prayed for the team together and everybody had only one wish to win the world cup. We need many more such moment to celebrate. Nation get great reorganisation from world community by wining such event.

World cup 2011: Mohali: India wins semifinal and enters into finale.

Wow what a day for Indian cricket team, they have beaten arch rival Pakistan and reached final, its thunder win for India. Going into world cup final after beating Pakistan always gives you great confident and hopefully India becomes world champ on 2nd of April. Fire crackers all around, India celebrate like dewali festivals, its festive mood in India. Team India has given reason to cheer over billions people. Its such huge win over a very unpredictable and venerable team. Go India Go and get us world cup now. Final has been set up now its India Vs Sri Lanka on 2nd of April in Wankhede Mumbai.

Before the match it was great hype all around, people were very excited and as always our Media making this very well, they have created big buzz. Every were cricket news and hwy not it was mother of all the match it was India Vs Pak after long time and that too in world cup semifinal match. India is favorite here in the world cup and till now they have manage to prove their worth and credibility. Both the country’s head ,prime minister comes to watch this match that heated up the hype, many more head honcho of our country ,lot of big politician were there ,some very popular film stars were there to cheer for team India. It was some kind of cricket diplomacy. Cricket has done more then a sport, it has bring both the country together after lot of tension between two country.

Coming to the match, it was a day night match in the Punjab cricket association ground Mohali. India captain won the toss and decided to bat first ,it was good decision as per expert and India picked Ashish Nehra instead of much in form spiner Ravichandran Aswin.Virendra Sehwag open the innings with great Sachin Tendulkar . Virendra sehwag given a good start by hitting five boundaries in single over. He had targeted Pakistan’s main bowler Umar Gul, it didn’t last long and got out to Wahab Riaz in 6th over Sehwah lbw by Riaz 34 in 25 ball , next come Goutam Gambhir ,he started slowly but steady but he also couldn’t get capitalize the opportunity and got out by soon, his contribution was 27. Then Virat Kohli comes in and he started build up a parternship with Sachin. Sachin was going slowly, he survive one LBW, this time UDRS saved him. Pitch was getting slower and slower and playing was seems difficult for the batsman. Sachin got few lives as well. In between Virat got out by Wahab again then Yuvi ohh got in veru first ball. Wahab strikes twice in two consecutive ball, stun silence in the crowd and pressure was on Indian batsman, Sachin got few more lives totally five live first time for scahin to get these many lives in a single match. 85 runs scored by Sachin and got out by Sahid Azmal cough by Afridi. Captain Dhoni also could do much but end of innings it was Suresh Raina who contributed very valuable 36 in 39 ball and finally India set target of 261 run for Pakistan. Will it be enough but considering the Pakistan bating line up and pit condition these many runs were more then enough. Today’s match Indian bowling were up to the mark, very discipline and accurate they have given very few extras. And fielding was also very charged up and end of day it was team India got the last smile and whole country went to festive mood. India beat Pakistan once again in World cup tie and maintain their unbeaten record against Pakistan in World cup match. Total five time India played against Pakistan and its now 5 – 0 for India. All around celebration, cracker likes deewali. Whole India celebrate this win with lot of joy. Team India delivered at correct time and given billions to cheers and celebrate. What a match to win one the greatest victory. Next is Final match and team India has to win it for the people of the country and for our great Sachin Tendulkar and hopefully we will win this time. World cup 2011: Bangalore: A tie match: Sachin: Strauss

27th march India’s 2nd match with England in Bangalore will be remember for many things, first it was a tie match ,Sachin’s 47th hundreds and then England captains one of the best ODI century. Both team shares a point each, both team neither happy nor sad. its like Happy v/s sad or sad v/s happy. This the 4th occasion when match tied in ODI world cup history. This match was one the most thrilling match in this ongoing world cup 2011 series. Excitement was on the high, fans were crazy inside the ground, load cheers for team India, all around India India !!!!!Go india.

India started slow but steady. As always our Virendra Sehwag started with boundry. Initially Sachin was very slow but watchful and by the time Sehwag started speeding up his innings we got out by a very fine catch by Matt prior. Goutam Gambhir came into the crease and he also started slowly. Both Sachin and Gambhir added more then 100 run into the score and then Gambhir departs. Sachin was still steady and with Yuvraj Singh he put of good runs in the boar. And then Sachin started showing his as usual class ,hiting five massive sixes. It was treat to watch Sachin’s bating as usual, it was a master class, Bangalore people got their worth of ticket.120 runs scored by Sachin and total scored reached 338 runs. India missed few chance ,score could have been better but still this was par score to defend.

England’s innings: lead by captain Andrew Strauss with Kavin Petersan they unlike India started with firework from very first over. They were going very well then Munaf Patel got Kavin ,he took a blinder. Then Trot also could do much and got out cheaply. But Strauss had some different plan for this match ,he keep getting run not much boundary but single twos were flowing very easily. With Ian Bell, Strauss played his best ODI innings of his life. Bell was lucky to get not from umpire as well as third umpire using UDRS, controversial decision but fact was both these batsman played our spinner bowler very well. They reached very near to target of 339 but when they took power play ,lost the rhythm when Zahir Khan strike twice in two consecutive ball ,match turned round to India. India got chance to win this match by claiming two more wicket by giving few runs. Last two over they need 30 runs to win and Captain Dhoni had very few option and he gave ball to Piyush Chawla.He conceded 15 runs in the penultimate over but still had chance ,England needs 14 run to win the match .Munaf came ,Shehzad hits six and they managed to score 13 run in the last over ,it is a tie. Match got tied ,it was such a cliffhanger after such a huge runs in board India couldn't stopped English man and English man lost a the way to win after jam innings from their captain. Neither captains were happy nor sad.

Match was very exciting, fan enjoyed lot with lot of runs, and Favorite team has time to worry about their bowling strength. It was evident that our bowling is very week; we could lose any match if bowler keeps performing like this. In order to win the match India needs to score always more then 350 plus runs which is very difficult at time. Let’s hope India does well in rest of the match and head to quarter with good result and win the world cup 2011.Jai ho!!!!!!!!

Bangalore's Namma Metro

Bangalore,IT city,silicon valley of India, one of the fastest growing city of the world going to get Metro rail very soon.People of the city are very happy and hopeful that after metro rail service city traffic will get some ease.Bangalore city is Over 10 million people city,metro city of India,has very horrible traffic ,very less road and more vehicles,always traffic jams.City roads are struggling to accommodate the load of vehicle,traffic.People of city suffers lot due to this bad traffic jams.in the pick hour 10 minutes journey takes more then hour to reach the destination.Hope this kind of time wasting in traffic will get reduced.

Metro rail service fist started in India city of joy Kolkata then Calcutta in 1985.Kolkata metro given lot of comfort for city people.it was great for our under developed country .underground rail,it was an achievement for Indian people.After Kolkata it was our capital Delhi's turn.Delhi started Metro in 2006 ,Delhi metro is also great success,traffic jams got reduces people of Delhi now commute more on Metro compare to Delhi blue line bus,its safe and fast.It has reduced the jams and traffic chaos in the city.After Delhi successful Metro other Indian metro city like Bangalore,Hyderabad ,Ahmadabad started their metro rail projects.Bangalore Metro going to start on coming April 2011.As of now various test drive is going on and if all are on track deadline meets Bangalorean will enjoying metro service on very soon,next month April.

As there is saying that nothing good comes easy and without cost,it cost lot economically and ecologically.The total cost to complete this project s huge,crore of rupees .Bangalore city lost lost lot of tree as well.this city has rich greenery.Bangalore is known for garden in this city,garden city of India but for all these development we are losing great deal of city's greenery,that's kind of hazardous to our environment.Because of all these tree cut and new construction Bangalore weather is no more cool,its very unpredictable now.Day by day temperature is increasing.Compare to other Indian city weather still good ,not much extreme but its loosing its charm now.Apart from lots of tree cut city people lost their beautifully build houses , many people effected on this Metro project,lost houses ,properties.Govt has to compensate for these loses who lost their houses but that compensation is less then the investment made by the people to build house.But anyway if ends well, all well.

whatever loss has happened to city people but believe is this that it will give more to city people compare to loss.Surely Bangalore will get new look,better look ,traffic will get ease.BMTC will be sharing the load with METRO.People will commute in metro more then BMTC bus,it will be fast and safe as well.This April going to start the first phase of Metro.This first phase will connect only half of the city .next other phases will cover full city including New international airport in Yelahanka which is 40 KM away from city.Hopefully Namma Metro rocks.

National Games and National Interest

34th national games under way in the capital of Jharkhand Ranchi,but it seems very less are aware of it or no interest at all,why who is bother when cricket world cup is here.this is the irony of our Olympic games,no interest,media are totally ignorant about National games.Only interested people who are participating and hosting state.Jharkhand Govt. with Olympic association of India together organising the national games in Ranchi first time and we heard that Jharkhand Govt. has build very good games village,sports arena but all are unnoticed,no media coverage.Media can make show for cricket for hour and hour but for these games they are not at all interested they are not even covering any news about these games.I am not against the cricket ,I love cricket as much as all people love.I also hoping to India wins this world cup.But if you want to develop sport culture in India .we have to give importance to all kind of sports not only cricket.we should encourage such kind of event like National games Media can play good role to highlight this kind of event.More coverage more popularity more interest.we can't be ignoratnt about these big event and hope to win many Olympic medals,how come we?

In India Hockey is the National Game but where we are in hockey not even top six best team in the world.In football not in the world map at all and in Athletic we have not even won single medal in the Olympic.we are good in cricket only ,cricket is the only game in which we are world class No.1 in test ,No 2 in ODI.If we can excel in cricket why can't we in hockey Football ,Athletics and other Olympic games .we can all sport bodies needs to works towards this to popularise the respective games with the help of various medium like news channel ,by the organising good event.We are an emerging power in the world,our economy is emerging like a super power so we need to show the word that we can be sport super power as well.

World cup fever 2011

2011 cricket world cup comes to India and and its fever is on high.why not because this time our team is favourite to win the world cup.India hosting world cup with Sri Lanka and Bangladesh after 1996.This is the first time for Bangladesh.This is the Tenth world cup since it started in 1975.India got very good chance to win this time as India Bating line of is one of the best in the world.we have Sachin Tendulkar the God of cricket.Most probably this will be last for Sachin to win the world cup.He has achieved everything in cricket except the world cup.in 2003 we were very near to win world cup but we missed.Lets hope this time we win,our team look too good to win let hope and pray need some kind of luck as well.

apart from these nine test playing nation, five non test playing team also participating Canada,Kenya,Ireland,Netherlands and Zimbabwe.They don't have much hope but they will try to do some upset as they did in last time,but in subcontinent its very difficult for these minnows to do better as wickets are very flat and slow so this wold cup is going to be run feast ,lot of run will be scored ,high scoring match.India started their first match with very high score 371 . 300 plus runs Will very common this time.

Mangalore trip

Ohh God,its furlough time for us and perfect time for holidaying...let set go ,our very own Arvind is getting married during this period,so it was full planed to go to Mangalore and have good time.

Prabhu,Rupak ,Sastry and me who were final for this trip for sure,Sharath dropped last minute due to some personal work.

24th morning 8 o'clock our journey started from Yeswantpur to Mangalore.Train journey was awesome unforgettable.we heared lot about western ghat ,it was really really good awesome. scenery of that western ghat is so green and full of valley and hills.we all were going on that root first time and all were enjoying like anything.Hill,valley and uncounted tunnels some were small tunnel,some were medium tunnel and some were very large.fun part was whenever train enter to any tunnel people start shouting ,whistling, and making lot sound .Prabhu was totally became photographer,he was clicking each and every scene whatever he was feeling to get capture.it was real fun.By 6 PM we reached Mangalore station and one more part I have to mention here our Rupak.As soon as we get down there in Mangalore Rupak started feeling something...we asked what ,he was saying something ,some thing what touchy I said.He got some nostalgic feeling.It was hot and humid there but manageable.

Next day early morning we head to UDUPI.We reached Udupi by 10.00 AM,Udupi Krishna darshan was real blessing,great historic and sacred temple.After Lord Krishna's blessing we went to Manipal university.Manipal an education hub ,medicine,Engineering and many education institution are there.Finally decided to go to beach,famous Malpe beach and st Mary island.wow s great journey towards island,around one hour journey in sea to the island and time was perfect evening sun set.Island is pure and very clean water there,nice place to visit there.Serene and calm place,enjoyed every bit of time spend there.

29th Dec. Marriage day , after attending the marriage we went to Arvind's native Manihalla,around 40 KM from Mangalore city.Nice place ,bank of the river Nethravati.Many temples are there in and around this place,Bantwal community are the biggest there and they maintain lot of all these temple.Rich and very beautiful heritage of temple.
